I right click mouse on a blank area of my desktop, the pop up menu appears at
lower-left corner of my mouse, instead of appearing at upper-right corner.
How can i fix it ?

Thanks in advance.

Windows displays the menu on whatever side it can fit it to your desktop.
Try clicking somwhere else on your desktop.

Do you have a tablet PC ?
Did you make an update recently via Windows Update ?

This is a known problem it you answer yes to both questions.
You need to go in Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings > Check the appropriate
checkbox (Left-hander/Right-hander)

Thanks, Vilber.
When i set to 'left-hander', it seems that the menu behaves correctly.
But, i believe i have never touched that setting, and my PC is NOT a tabet PC.

Could you tell me what's its default setting (right-hander OR left-hander)?

Oh, no... still incorrect !
The pop up menu of desktop seems be right, but those menus drop from a menu
bar are still right-aligned (under normal state they're left-aligned)!

If you wanna to see how chaos it is, just ask me to send you a screen-shot.

Thanks, I really appreciate all you guys' help.

brink's hyperlink proved to be helpful, that's just my problem.
BUT... unfortunately, when i set it to 'left-handed', only the pop up menu on
the desktop has been fixed, not the drop down menu.
I guess some program just carelessly tweaked my system.
Luckly that 3 days ago i installed a new driver from Realtek, and Vista made
a
volumn shadow copy.
I recovered my system using that vss, then all problems gone.

Hi DeXtmL,

That depends upon whereabouts the mouse cursor is on the screen when you
right click. The pop up menu will appear on which ever side it can which
allows it to display the full menu. If you r.click on the top right of the
screen, the menu appears at the bottom left. Similarly, top left = bottom
right, bottom left = top right and bottom right = top left.
