Strange Install

When Windows first boots up a window comes up saying it is installing
something from a temp file. Another window comes up saying it is looking for
the file SGuard.msi. Please insert disk... How do I get rid of this and what
is it? Also, my Internet has gone down. When I do an ipconfig /renew I get
the error "An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket". Are
these things related?
