Strange IE question

This is a strange question. I'm looking to block all image files other than
..jpg files in Internet Explorer. I don't want to see any .gif or .bmp and
such. I've tried to figure out a way to do this, but I can't figure out
how. Anyone know of any toolbars or add ons that can do such a thing?
 
maybe this is what you want? control panel-folder options-
file types.
