Strange Happenings in Windows XP structure

My Windows XP Pro SP2 has under gone a strange change. From one day to
another I noticed under Explorer, (Drive C: Documents and Settings)
that it had created the following additional directories.

Administrator
All Users
All Users.WINDOWS
Harry (name of user)
Harry.XXXXXXXXX (X represents my computers full name)
Default User
Default User.WINDOWS
Guest
Local Service
Local Service.NT AUTHORITY
NetworkService
NetworkService.NT AUTHORITY

Now I do know that all folders with the dot (.) extension are NOT
suppossed to be there. I can access all of them except, HARRY, which
says Access Denied. I can however access HARRY.XXXXXX which has been
assigned by Windows as my current folder.

HARRY was needless to say my original user account. I am the
Administrator of this computer.

I also cannot access some of the files in My Documents folder, which
now appear in Blue color. Whether they be pdf, doc or jpeg files,
access is denied.

Could somone please help me out and explain what has happened and how
to undo the changes!
