Documents & Settings Folder (duplicated folders)

I have these forders that look exactly the same, How can I delete them or all these folders are necessary for windows XP ?
All Users
All Users.Windows
Default User
Default User.Windows
Local Service
Local Service.NT Authority
NetworkService
NetworkService.Authority
Owner(2)
Owner.Donaldo-VVAPCYR
Owner~1~Don

Leave the folders alone. XP is a true multi-user operating system and
those are system folders.
