Strange files

Does anyone know what the files JTEOZ.exe, EOK.exe,
cidaemon.exe and cisvc.exe are for? I found them in the
Processes tab of task manager when my machine froze on me
and I don't recall seeing them before. Could this be some
spyware/3rd party nasty stuff? They appear in C:\windows
and in Prefetch

Right click each file | Properties | Look around
cisvc.exe = Content Index service
cidaemon.exe = Indexing Service filter daemon
