Strange file

In my c:\ there is a file called "Demux_sailor.txt" file size 0. Every time
I delete this file, is back on the next boot.
What is this file?
Help please.

Something is running that is creating this file. You have to determine
what that something is.

What have you done to check for viruses and malware?
