Strange error message

Every time when I’m logging in, after few minutes the display became black and a voice say something (that I don’t understand!) in the computer.
After 2-3 days like that, today I have had an interesting error message. A completely blue screen and after the information that windows was shut down because of an fatal error, this message followed:

“DRI□ER_IRQ!_NOT_LES□_OR_EQU□!_

This is the full message! No steps, nothing!

It seems more a virus message but it can also be an driver conflict as I see (by example) between a modem and the mouse. I have had the same problem few months ago and it disappears after the installation of the Nvidia upgrade. Few weeks, everything was OK. But it reappeared. After the replacement of EasyCD Creator with Nero it has disappeared again. And now, from 2 days, it reappears. It doesn’t matter what programs you’re running. After 3-5 minutes, paf!, black screen. From time to time even the restart button reacts only on a second operation.
But the news is this erro message. Strange error message.

Can someone help me?
