Strange error - any ideas

This is for a friend. "Assert Failed in 'FSRC\Fwindow.cpp' line 48 click
Ok. When I click Ok, the whole desktop blinks while I am typing an email.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I am running XP Pro w/SP2"
 
Hi Peter,

I would reinstall the email client, whatever that is.
