Strange Email

I keep getting these emails in my outlook. Any idea as to
what it might be? I dont even who this email is

You should make a habit of immediately deleting any strange
email messages you receive.

Your email address is either on a virus infected computer,
which is sending email using your address or a spammer is
using your address to cover their activity.

Either way, if you didn't send the email, there is little
you can do about it. If it is an email you sent, make a
note to yourself that the email was returned for some
reason, the box was full or the address was typed wrong.
