Strange Characters!

Outlook 2000 is my mail browser on my WINDOWS XP machine. Lately I've
noticed a number of headings for news clipping links (Google News is the
feed) showing up with strange characters. Here's an example:



BT signs â,¬384m deal with Bristol-Myers Squibb



That "â,¬384" part is supposed to be the Euro dollar sign. When the link is
clicked, the article correctly appears with the sign in tact at the top of
the article like this ?384m. Here's the link:

I don't know if Outlook is misbehaving, something gets distorted in the
relay from the Google, or it's an issue with WINDOWS XP. Any ideas?

I think Outlook does not support Unicode characters in the Subject (or
any other header) line.
