Strange behavior in Message thread pane

I posted a message (Strange formatting...) some time ago, but when I came
back and clicked on it, the second line is replaced with the message
'Community message not available', or simply nothing happens (no message
opens in the message pane). However, if I double-click on the thread, the
message and its replies show up in a sepaarate window. What's going on?

What's going on?

Looks like the web interface is FUBAR--'way behind being synchronized
with real NNTP news servers. Wait for a day or so and maybe it will
get back in synch. ; )
