Strange behavior after DNS migration from NT4 to WIN2003

Any issues with the way forwarders handles request in
WIN2003?Just completed a migration from NT4 to WIN2003 and
are having isuues with forwarders. Can not reach sites
with it configured and can not reach differet site with it
not configured.
