Is this a good way to migrate from DNS to DNSADI ?

I have two Win2003 servers setup as "primary/secondary" DNS servers. WIn2003
domain.
I want to replace hardware and take the opportunity and upgrade this to
WIn2003 DNS Active Directory integrated.

Do you think the below is a good migration plan ?

1) Take the *Secondary* DNS server down, which is named "DNS-server". That
way the primary DNS server should still be running and that should avoid
disruption in DNS services.
Use IP address of the Secondary DNS on the new Win2003 DNS ADI server. New
server is named "DNS02". Run DCPROMO and make it a DC. Install DNS tools on
such "DNS02" DC.

Repeat steps above to replace the primary DNS server.

Almost...
* Make sure clients and servers can find BOTH DNS servers by IP
address
* Take the *Secondary* DNS server down, which is named "DNS-server"
(That way the primary DNS server should still be running and that
should avoid disruption in DNS services)
* Use IP address of the Secondary DNS on the new Win2003 DNS ADI
server. New server is named "DNS02". Run DCPROMO (BUT FIRST CONFIGURE
IT TO PRIMARILY POINT TO ITSELF AND SECONDLY POINT TO THE OTHER DNS)
and make it a DC. Install DNS tools on such "DNS02" DC. create a
secondary zone on it and transfer the info from the other DNS server
as being thr master DNS server. After the transfer change the
secondary zone to a AD-I zone and also choose the correct scope

Do the same with the other old DNS server (the primary) and it is
optional if you first transfer the DNS zone info through a secondary
zone or let it replicate after DCPROMO
