Storing OEX

Hi. I backed up OEX which I have moved to a different partition using
STOMP 'BackUp My PC'.
I wanted to check an Email that I had deleted, so I restored the OEX
Incoming and Deleted files to a folder I created on my hard drive.
I was not able to open those files with anything in my 'open with'
context menu.
How do I open these files. Or should I be using a different backup
program for OEX...............Thanks folks. Dingo
