I need to create several different templates and store them on my computer or
network. They need only be available to me because I make updates as needed,
then distribute them to my co-workers. Where can I store them? Thanks

Go to Tools > Options > File Locations. See 'Workgroup templates' in the
list. This is usually blank by default: set it to a shared location on your
network. Get each of your co-workers to do likewise.

Thanks. I dont need to have access to them when I use word or have anyone
else have access to them. I just need somewhere to keep them.

If you don't want anyone else to have access to them, then just save them to
your C drive?

On the File Locations tab of Tools | Options, see the path for "User
templates." Store your templates in this folder or a subfolder of it. See
