If it's small enough, just burn the PST to the CD.
search for a (rather large) file with a .pst extension. Note that the PST
might be hidden. A DVD is often abetter option due to the size of the PST
file. You can also archive and burnt eh archive and/pr copy items to new
smaller PSTs.
