Storing documents in folders of outlook

Hello,

Is it possible to store documents in Outlook, not as attachments to
messages, but similar to directories that would be stored on my hard drive?
I am interested in storing documents relevant to the firm in the public
folders of outlook so that they can be accessed with Webmail. Thank you.
 
Yes. You can just drag a document into a public folder.
