Store password using reversable encryption

Does anyone know of a way that one can check that
the "Store password using reversable encryption" is
disabled... in an automated fashion?
Is this setting logged in a registry setting or file
someplace that a program would be able to check?

Check out the ADSI scripting references on MSDN. If you can do it, it'll be
in there.
