Stopping delete question messages?

Often when you select a lot of files & ask that they get deleted you know
that it can take quite a while. So you come back to the machine only you
find that the job has stopped because it program wished to ask you some
simple question like are you sure that you wish to delete this files because
it's only a read me file. (Why it stops & asks about text only when it's
willing to delete much more interesting files I can't imaging.) Is there
any way you can stop these messages from popping up?

Right click "Recycle Bin"
Left click "Properties"
Go to the "Global" tab
Remove check mark from "Display delete confirmation dialog"
Click the "Apply" button
Click the "OK" button
