First, this group is for the Access Database program, not Outlook. Please
try a group for Outlook or for the Zip add-on you've added to Outlook.
Outlook doesn't do that by itself. You or someone else has added an "add-in"
to Outlook to make it do that. You will need the instructions for that
add-in.
