Stop Word 2002 from automatically loading an unselected toolbar i.

I created custom toolbars for editing and reviewing documents long before the
newer versions of Word offered that feature. Even though it is not in my
normal.dot template Word 2002 insists on automatically loading the Reviewing
toolbar which I don't want or need.

It not that its a big deal to turn it off but it sure is irritating since
this probem never occured in earlier verisons of Word. Any idea how to stop
this behaviour?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TFNBU3I=?=,

You'll get this when opening an email attachment sent via Outlook with a
particular option activated. And also if a document contains markup (see
Suzanne's reply immediately "adjacent" to View Final vs. View Final with markup)
