Stop these Vista alerts?

Have been reading through the thread looking for a solution to the UAC alert
popup that occurs at every logon - most annoying.
I went to the link and applied the value to 'ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin' via
Regedit and upon reboot - still the error message.

I'm using Vista Business but would have thought that there would be no
difference in that setting.

Any further ideas?
