Stop shutdown command

After a google all i could come up with was to do start>run and type shutdown
-a. The only problem is that my computer shutdowns so fast that i don't have
time to stop it. Is there another way to do this?

Boot to 'Safe Mode With Command Prompt' (F8 on restart) and run:
shhutdown -a,
then run: LOGON

You could maybe create a batch file to run that command. Then all it
takes is a double click on the desktop?
