stop remote computer services

is it posible to stop or start remote computer services through a batch file.
actually i have to stop and start a service in my windows2000 server. and i
want to automate this daily task through batch file. i have to do this task
throuth remote computer because schedlure services of windows2000 server is
stop. so if anybody have any solution plz help me.
