Stop Outlook from inserting new task/mail/etc right after Outlook icon on Taskbar

When I am in outlook and click new MAIL or new TASK, it opens up the
proper window but instead of being the last "icon" after every other
program open, it opens the "icon" after Outlook on the taskbar. Anyone
know how to make it not do this and put the window "icon" at the end of
the taskbar? Thank you.
 
AFAIK, you can't control where it's put - if you can't it's a windows
setting and someone in the windows group may know if it's possible.
