Stop Outlook 2002 from opening without password prompt

Office xp students & teachers.
By accident I checked save password at the original
outlook 2002 logon screen. Now when I click on Outlook it
opens automatically. I can't find where or how to reset
or delete the password.
I have tried to uninstall outlook 2002 from the office xp,
there is not an option to remove just outlook, only the
entire office xp.

Have you tried going through the mail icon in control panel and accessing
the mail settings directly?
