Stop location from being displayed in appointments and events

I do not want to go into each appointment, event, and holiday simply to
delete the location: it is a hassle.

All I want is for the location not to be displayed in the calendar under the
appointment, event, or holiday. (I added holidays and events from other
countries and I want my appointment locations to be my own business.)

The location can't be removed from the view. You'll need to remove it from
the items - create a group by view that groups by location and drag
everything to the (none) group.
