Stop IE Favorites Menu From Scrolling

I'm using IE 6.0 in XP. How do you get the favorites menu to stop scrolling
and show columns of all the items?

There should be an option to uncheck "use personal menus" or the like.
It might be in the Folder Options applet if it isn't in IE's
Tools>Options.
