stop GPO from applying to DC

Hi All

Does anyone know how to stop my domain level GPO from
applying to my DC's built-in accounts?

Any ideas out there?

Unfortuantely, it didn't work. Because I dont' want to
filtr the account, i want to filter out the domain
controller. It still applies to the domain controller.

Set No Override Option to the Default Domain Controllers GPO, or block
inherence to the Domain Controllers OU.
