stop getting duplicate emails on every email I receive

I keep getting 3 copies of every email in my inbox and so does everyone in my
office.

How can I stop this?
 
Are the people in your office getting mutiples messages from ONLY you?
Or multiple messages of every email they recieve? Last off, are you
using Personal Folders?

What version of Outlook? What type of account? Do you have an antivirus
program scanning inbound mail?
 
What I was getting at is.. If you are in fact using Personal Folders,
once the .pst file get's over 1.7GB in size it's starts going haywire,
and whenever you send a message the recipient(s) recieve multiple
instances of the message and eventually you won't recieve any messages.
