stop errors

I have a XP Pro computer that gets the following stop error:

STOP: 0x0000008e (0x00000005, 0xF85E68B2,0xEF3A3824, 0x00000000)
NTFS.sys address F85E68B2 base at F85E6000, date stamp 411107EEA

Any idea what this error message means, and what I can do to correct it?
