STOP ERROR

My computer freezes from time to time or it restarts,
with no good reason. FOr the first time now a blue screen
came out and said this
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP:

Beginging dump physical memomry
Physical memory complete.

Anyone knows wat the problem could be???
