begining dump of physical memory.

does any one recognise this error. I have tried deleting recent downloads, a memory test, chjkdisk, i have ran virus and trojan checks ect, i dont want to have to pay a technician another £40, not agagin. it was suggested with 128mb of ram, ( minimun for windows xp?????????????), i have to little ram. if so how do i increase this
