Stop error: Driver IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
beginning dump of physical memory (0X00000D1 0XBEA5EC9A)

This happens periodically and unexpectedly. Cannot find
article or fix on Microsoft support - has anyone
experienced this error and/or have a solution?
Causing processor to run slowly and generating other
system errors.

Please help!

This is usually caused by some hardware resource allocation
conflict. Try checking Device Manager and see if there are
any devices that have a conflict (a red X or yellow !). If
yes then uninstall and remove the offending hardware and
restart your computer. If using legacy or non-plug'n play
devices you may need to allocate an IRQ in your PC's BIOS.

Hope this helps.
