STOP error when plugging in USB drive

I've got an Asus A7N8x deluxe motherboard, which is the NForce2 chipset
(onboard USB). The USB seems to work -- at least, the USB printer works
fine. However, if I plug in my Archos Jukebox 6000 (which, from Windows
point of view is a mass storage device), it'll recognize the device, ask
for the driver, and, once fed the driver, promptly reset itself.

I believe that the actually error is "IRQ LESS THAN EQUAL", but I could
be wrong (it doesn't stop at the BSOD; it just resets). Running dumpchk
on the dump returns this:

The motherboard drivers are the latest from NVidia. The Jukebox driver
is the latest from Archos. I don't suspect the Jukebox is bad, since it
works on my other Win2k box.

Checking winmsd shows that IRQ 20 is being used by the USB controller as
well as the onboard audio -- but I see no way to change this, either
through Windows or the BIOS. Despite this, none of the devices are
listed as conflicting in Device Manager, and everything works fine --
except for this.

Any help is appreciated.

.

As a test, disable the Audio card in BIOS.

Disabled everything I could in the BIOS -- audio, serial, COM, parallel,
firewire. winmsd.exe still shows the "nForce MCP Networking Controller"
as using IRQ 20 along with the USB controllers, and it still crashes.
