On shutdown I get the Blue screen with the 01E error message KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. The code is 0xc000005 at the address 0x804DD3E0. There are no instructions associated with the message except that the file ntoskrnl.exe is noted. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this or identify what the address relates to?
