Stop error - INACCESSIBLE_BOOT-ERROR

I have a laptop with only a CD-ROM drive installed...no
floppy drive. All the re-boot tools I've found require a
floppy drive solution.

Does anyone know how I can obtain a bootable CD so that i
can fix my stop error?

I don't know what you mean by " re-boot tools". The Windows 2000 CD-Rom is
bootable and allows you to start and run the recovery console if that's what
you mean.
