STOP ERROR!, HELP?

during kodak easyshare installation laptop restarted and rebooted displaying
stop error, "0x0000007e 0x0000005 0x0000000 bad277c8 0xbad274c4"
tried to restart in safe mode and in last good known settings, will not work.
how do i resolve this? get past the stop error?

You may have a bad RAM try to test your RAM by running Memtest by
downloading this tool and unzip it and make a floppy or CD/DVD and run it on
Reboot.

You may need to reposition/reset the RAM sticks in their slots.
