Any have a solution for this kind a an error?

Computer keeps rebooting and doing a memeory dump.
I have tried going back to last good boot, safe mode.

Restored a back up of my registry from a few days ago. Non
of these things have fixed the problem.

UHCD driver is for USB host controller.
Perhaps that helps.
Otherwise say more like new hardware, new drivers, new CD Burning
software and etc.

Perhaps disconnecting all USB devices prior to boot...

If FAT file system you may look at at/replace uhcd.sys file with a
known-good one. If it helps any the W2K, SP4 version is
5.0.2195.6655
32,848 bytes

I had this problem in conjunction with a HP OfficeJet V40 with USB
connection. The problem is documented on the HP website and contains a
resolution too.
My expectation is that it may happen with a few other USB devices as
well.

Good luck.
