Stop error and BSD

have a W2K machine getting the following error:
STOP 0X0000001E (0XC0000005 The other 3 sets are all 0's)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete
Contact system admin or tech support...

The blue screen has appeared on various programs (in Word,
while printing from Publisher, etc) DRWATSON log shows the
following programs where the exception
occurred...NAVW32.EXE, SPOOLSV.exe, M32.exe
The KB shows a access violation but always defaults to
installing SP4 to resolve. This machine is already at SP4.
Any suggestions?

Seeing that the DrWatson report refers to Norton Anti-Virus,
you might try to uninstall this program. You should also
check their FAQ site.
