Lots of possibilities. How long has this been happening? What were you last
doing before this happened? Have you installed/upgraded/updated anything
just as this started to happen?
The error can be caused by a bad driver, incompatible software, or faulty
memory sticks. You can eliminate possible conflicts using these steps:

But keep in kind that a thorough test can only be done with test equipment
at a computer shop.
