STOP Blue Screen with DRIVER_IRQL

My laptop (Dell Latitude D800 w/1GB RAM) has been having problems with a STOP
BSOD with the following error message:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL
<descriptive text>
STOP: 0x00000001 (0x00000001, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xF06946CF)
nwdns.sys -- Address F06946CF base at F068F000, Datestamp 412e2160

Some other bits of information relating to this problem:

1. I get this error every time I use my Belkin wireless PC card. The time
to the BSOD can be anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.
2. The problem appeared many months after I'd started using the wireless
card, so I don't believe the card itself (or its driver) is actually the
problem.
3. The nwdns.sys file is part of some Novell networking software that we
use.
4. Normally my laptop is networked via an ethernet cable; I only use the
wireless card when I'm away from the network and need to connect to a
wireless router.
5. I do not experience the BSOD when networking normally through the cable;
I get the BSOD ONLY when I use the wireless connection.
6. I know of no new drivers that were installed just prior to the start of
this problem, but it's hard to know for sure because I only use the wireless
card occasionally so there's no telling exactly when the BSOD problem
started.

I'd appreciate any insights into this problem. I've read the commonly
available online information about this issue so I already know that it's
associated with a driver conflict. I'm interested in any direct assistance
(rather than just posting a link--I've already visited the various links that
people have posted here, and so far they've been informative but not all that
instructive on how to find the specific cause of this problem and how to fix
it) that any of you can provide that addresses this specific issue and might
point me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Roy

Remove and reinstall the driver or a updated driver if you can find one.
Software (drivers) can get contaminated. JJ

Get a diffferent wireless card. msot likely it IS a driver, whether its
either corrupted or has a bug.

Thanks, Aart and JJ. I recall calling Belkin to see what they suggested, and
I believe they had me download the latest driver and install it, but it made
no difference. I should have mentioned that before but I'd forgotten about
it (sorry!). Also, there is another BSOD that seems to alternate with the
first one, and its message is:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
<text>
STOP: 0x0000000A (0xA6C7298C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804EED80)

I don't know if that makes any difference, or if the two messages are
closely related (I assume they are).

Belkin also said that the only thing they could suggest (they were guessing
here, I think) was to start from scratch and reinstall XP. I think I'd
rather just buy a new wireless card than do that.

I'm going to reinstall the Belkin driver again anyway and see if that does
it. If not I'll get a different wireless card. In the meantime, if you can
think of anything else that might work, I'd love to hear it.
