After installation of Windows XP SP2 every time I startup my laptop Outlook
is launched automatically. I do not want that. Already checked the startup
folder but Oulook is not listed there (only 'Microsoft Office' but that
should not start Outlook).
How do I stop this automatic Outlook launch?

Remove MS Office from Startup and put the shortcut on your Desktop or delete
it. Use the Quick Launch bar instead of the Office shortcut bar.

I have just repied to the same question from someone else....if you look on
page 5 you may see my reply

Sorry but my earlier post says page 5 it has in fact moved to page 6 under

Directing someone to an answer in the newsgroup this way is problematic
because there's no way to tell that what is presented to you is the same as
what is presented to them.
