Stop another add on program from starting every time I open Excel

I had a trial version of Precision tree, which I've gotten uninstalled, but
now everytime I open Excel it tries to start Precision tree also. How do I
stop this?
 
ive got very little knowledge about excell itself, but your proble
seems to refer to the spyware subject. In such case, download spybo
from www.download.com
maybe it solves your problem :

Mayhaps you should look in Tools>Add-ins for a Precision Tree item.

If found, uncheck it. If no longer installed Excel will give you an error
message about not finding it. Click Yes to ignore it.

Alternative..........

There is a shortcut workbook.xls to Precision Tree in your XLSTART folder.
Delete that if found.

And if it's not a shortcut in that XLStart folder, move it to a nice safe spot
(just in case you need it later).
