stop addresses being automatically added to my address book

why do i keep finding new addresses in my address book. they are peopl
i received emails from and i possibly replied to them, but i don't wan
them added to my address book. how do i stop this?

Post your Outlook version and mail support mode.
 
Look at Russ's response to my inquiry after yours
at "Outgoing mail does not use contacts." if you have
Outlook 2002 or 2003. Keith
