Stop 0x0000009F During Shutdown on Toshiba Laptop

I have checked the knowledge base and found and article
263560 which mentions Cpmdrvr.sys and Cpmdriver.sys. These
two drivers are not running on my laptop. Anyone have any
suggestions. This happens when going to shutdown or
restart every time.
