STILL PROBLEMS...Please help

I have a HP Pavilon a350n with a HP DVD/CD writer 300c. Ever since I have
run the HP system recovery(wipes everything) I have not been able to use my
CD/DVD writer with windows. When I copy I file to the drive when there is a
blank CD it just stays blank. When I try to do it again I get a error
message like "selected resource in use". After I restart i can paste it
anywhere except in my that drive Other programs like Pinnacle studio can use
it fine though. When I used system recovery(the hp one) and it was
reinstalling windows it had errors restoring four files. They were two like
MSAGENT and another was like MSLTUS40 or something. The second one may be
wrong. Please help!!!! Thanks in advance. Also before i ran system
recovery(the hp one) it worked fine. Also I made sure IMAPI CD thing is
running. Could the missing files have anything to do with it?

Hey there,

Have you tried using Nero instead of the built in CD Burning feature? please
download the trial version of Nero and give it a shot and see if you can use
it as a workaround.
