Is it posible to do this is WMM v2 ?

Is it posible to do this is WMM v2 ?

Not really. But you can apply the same transition to all selected frames by
using following tips:
In Storyboard view:
1. press Ctrl-A to select all
2. Click first and shift Click last picture to select all in the range
3. Right clik on a transition and select "Apply to Storyboard/Timeline" to
apply it to all consecutively selected clips
