Still No Ultimate Extras after upgrading RC2 to RTM

I did a clean install of RTM on my home computer and was able to find and
install any ultimate extras.

I had the RC demo version installed on one of my workstations at work.
Extras were not available for the RC demo version.

I ran a successful upgrade to RTM on it, but extras are still not available
for it.

Please don't tell me that I need to do a clean install. I already know that
that is an option.

Does anyone know how to fix this? There must be a flag somewhere in the
registry.

Can you provide some examples of extras that you think should be available?

So far the home computer has found texas holdem, bitlocker, the dreamscene
previews, plus some. The other computer has none of these and there aren't
any available either.
